to give you a brief bio so you know who you are dealing with.
JPE Advertising is an Internet marketing Company that develops scripts, software and
marketing tools for online marketers.
Phil Basten is
President of JPE Advertising.
Phil was the originator and concept developer of the internet's first full blown safelist
hosting management system, DSM.
Two years later and it is still the most advanced system on the net.
Hot on the heels of this huge project came another internet first. The webs first fully
automated safelist submitter called ELP - this has since been copied many times, but as
Phil says, "It shows we did something right." It also resulted in the phrase,
"We develop the tools others copy."

Phil is a highly experienced marketer. He has been running successful sites online since
1997. Prior to that he was advertising director at a number of leading ad agencies in
Australia including such well known companies as Ogilvy & Mather and Fortune
Advertising.
He is a certified trainer and holds the highest certificate in Australia's leading Train
the Trainer Course. Plus he is a charter member of the Australian Institute of
Professional Counselors, all of which serve to enhance his knowledge of people and how to
help them reach their goals.

Phil is known by his
peers as one of Australia's leading advertising and marketing experts -
Jane Mark is CEO
of JPE Advertising.
Jane is a pocket dynamo from New York. She has extensive knowledge of the business world.
She helped run a multi-million dollar real estate partnership called JED Management Corp,
started her own successful catering business and currently has an active catering cart
business in Central Park. You guessed it, it's called, "Janes".
Like, Phil she has extensive knowledge of peoples needs and behavior patterns having
received her masters in psychology from the New School for Social Research in New York and
a BA from Brandise University in Massachusetts. This training and her extensive business
background have given Jane a unique perspective into both doing business on the internet
and discovering what people want by asking the right kinds of questions.
