The GEN concept is a innovative idea based on the fastest way known to grow any business on the internet, through the power of Joint Ventures.

Joint Venturing means you take your talents,  form an alliance with others, who have different talents or different areas of expertise and build something awesome together.

The GEN concept is a powerful answer to the natural attrition (drop out) and growth problems faced by all ezine owners. If we are to win this marketing battle we must work together as a single unit, with a common goal and be completely committed to helping each other succeed.

I recently ran the idea below, by Mark Joyner CEO of Aesop, a true internet pioneer and he thought it was a brilliant idea.

Here's how the concept works.

The key is teamwork. Each partner doing their part to help make other partners successful. The benefit, on an individual level, is that you will have lot's of other people committed to helping you succeed. No more going it alone, no more having to do it all, but a group of people committed to your success.


Stage 1: GEN Network.

FORMATION OF THE EXCLUSIVE GLOBAL EZINE NETWORK (GEN)

This will comprise marketing ezines with memberships in excess of 1500 or access to 1,500 or more members through a program you run.

As of we have 79 GEN partner Ezines

Stage 2: Partner Promotions:

If a mere 3% of this entire pool of members of 2,135,000 signup at our own ezines that still means a potential 64,000 new ezine members for each network partner over the course of the next year. I am sure we would all welcome a potential 64,100 + new members with open arms, right? Imagine what might happen if this gets to 5%.

We envisage promotions will take various forms, but these are not set in concrete. We welcome your input. These promotions don't need to be weekly but they do need to be on a regular basis.

3. Ezine directory for partners only. We all promote this directory. JPE will set this up and create the scripts to run it. This will be FREE to all GEN partners. Coding is being done now.

Partners will join each others ezines to see these things are in place and offer help to other ezines owners when they need it.


Stage 3: Partner Profits.

As a partner of "GEN" you will actively help other partners by contributing products and services so that "GEN" partners can offer these to their members via affiliate links and product reviews and earn extra money for both themselves and you as the product or service owner. "GEN" partners will post reviews of these free to their own databases.

Members will also be able to partcipate in the GEN Announcements list of ezine owners where you can announce other JV type offers for $8.00 per announcement.

Stage 4 - The "GEN" Concept E-Book!

Once we have this concept working for everyone and our lists are growing
rapidly. JPE will write an ebook in conjunction with other GEN partners
contributions. This will be a step-by-step guide of what we did to start and grow the "GEN" partner network, how we did it, and what the results were so that others can take the concept and apply it easily to other ventures.

It will be a guide on how to create Multiple joint ventures to create an
explosive product, service or concept.

We will create an affiliate sales site and "GEN" partners will be able to become affiliates. This ensures that partners will be be able to earn good commissions from sales. GEN partners will get first crack at promoting this ebook to their own databases first, and then to the world market place and after 1 month it will be opened up to other marketers.

We envisage commissions to be in the vicinity of 50% of personal sales with 50% of profits going into a partner pool.

25% will be used to secure paid advertising discounts to promote the GEN ezine directory and the ebook to ensure continued growth.

25% will be split equally among all partners at the end of each month. This ensures all partners benefit since they will all have a hand in creating the e-book.
